Terms of use

These terms apply to everyone using the Teacher Benefits Platform. Individual offers are provided by third-party suppliers and may carry their own terms and conditions.

Who may use the platform

Accounts are for teachers and educators employed at participating schools. Accounts are personal to you and must not be shared. If you leave your school, your access will be withdrawn as part of the periodic staff update we agree with schools.

Offers

Offers are provided by independent suppliers. Supplier-specific terms and conditions may apply, and offers may be changed or withdrawn by the supplier at any time.

• Offers are made by independent suppliers, not by the platform partners.
• Supplier terms and conditions apply and may change without notice.
• We check offers periodically but cannot guarantee availability at any given moment.
• Any dispute about goods or services is between you and the supplier.

Fair use

• Do not share discount codes, screenshots of codes or your digital card outside the scheme.
• Do not attempt to access the administrator area or another person's account.
• Offers are for your own personal use unless the offer says otherwise.

Misuse may result in your access being suspended.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but it may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may add, change or withdraw functionality as the scheme develops.
